Dr. Shiraz Asif, DDS

I received my dental degree from Karachi Pakistan in 1999. In 2000, I moved to the United States with my wife, who is my life and dental partner, Dr. Ambereen Suhrwardy. I completed my dental residency in Operative Dentistry at Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis in 2004, and completed my education in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Minnesota in 2005. I recently completed my Certificate of Cosmetic and Esthetic Dentistry from the University of Minnesota and I have clocked hundreds of hours of continuing education in dentistry.

After earning my dental license I worked as a general dentist in two solo practices, one practice in Minneapolis and one in Prior Lake, Minnesota. In 2006, I joined a group practice with ten doctors and served as a full time dentist and the clinic director for three years. In January of 2009, I acquired Dr. Kathy Arnold?s practice in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

My goal is to provide the finest dental care in the most comfortable environment. I try to show deep personal respect and genuine enthusiasm for all my patients. Excellence in our practice results not only from our ?high tech? facility but also from the highest level of training combined with sincere dedication towards our patients. I am a firm believer in honesty as a part of dentistry and only recommend treatment that I would consider for myself and my loved ones.

When I am not practicing dentistry I enjoy spending time with my wife Amber and son Daniel. I love to stay active and fit, play the piano and travel whenever possible.

Dr. Shiraz is a member of the ADA and the Minnesota Dental Association.
