Financial Policies

To help us to keep our administrative costs low while maintaining the highest standard of care, we ask that you take care of your co-pays and fees at the time of treatment.

We carefully schedule your appointment considering the treatment and the necessary time it takes to complete it. We ask that if you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, to give us 48 hours notice so that someone else may use your appointment time.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

If you have questions regarding your account, please call our office. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Payment Options

We believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you need. We are aware that each person has different needs and as a result, we offer a variety of payment options.

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Care Credit.

We offer a 5% courtesy discount for pre-payment in full.

Insurance

We work with many different insurance plans. However, your insurance may require you to see a specific dentist in order to receive maximum benefits. Most insurance plans have restrictions, either in the amount they pay or in the services covered. With all the different insurance plans available, it is impossible for us to know the details of your plan. Please check with your employer or insurance company regarding benefits.

As a courtesy, the office of Anderson Lake Dental will file your insurance claims for you. Please remember that the financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and our office. The insurance company is responsible to you and not to our office. You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Regardless of insurance coverage the charges for your initial appointment are due in full day of service.
